Smoked Qaisi

To make smoked Qaisi, first the kernels of apricots are removed and arranged in special layers, then these layers are placed in the furnace and some sulfur is poured into another container, placed next to the layers and set on fire. Then the furnace door is closed with a strong device so that no sulfur smoke can escape from the furnace. Apricot leaves should be exposed to sulfur fumes for 12 hours. After that, the smoked sheets are taken out of the furnace and exposed to sunlight. The leaves should lose some of their water and dry, be careful not to lose all their water and dry completely.
